My name is Nicholas Lough

Where I started my journey

Hey guys, welcome to the website. I want to give you a little bit of a backstory as to who I am as this will help you in realizing what I offer is more than just workout plans and dieting.

My first time I ever experienced the gym I was in high school. I was getting ready to get in shape for football a sport. I never played, at a school I never been, with people I’ve never met. A very uncomfortable position for myself. When I first walked into the gym I felt intimidated. I was 126 pounds at the time and could only manage 16 push-ups. Skinny and insecure I felt overwhelmed in the gym so many guys around me that were bigger, stronger, faster everything I wish I could be the first few years of my lifting career I was focused on what others thought of me how I looked making my journey in the gym only about how much weight I could push. The first few years of my lifting journey were ego focused, and it led me down a path of injury regret and overall I felt lost. Though I had made some progress I wasn’t seeing the results that I wanted to see. It wasn't until seven years later I created a workout program that finally worked, was well balanced, and got me results that I always wanted. This workout program of three days a week 45 minutes to an hour long training sessions worked like gold compared to what I was doing.

Six days a week hour and a half to two hours long each day in the gym was tearing my body apart. Never having the proper time to recuperate making the gym my soul focus throughout the week lead me away from what was most important in life, family, friends, and building a life for myself that I’d love. I started practicing my faith more openly. I started speaking my opinion more often, and I stopped being afraid to show the world who I really was, and who I was meant to be.

Be the author of your story, help others love your neighbor as yourself, build up your mind and body to be the best version of you. And always be true to yourself.

My goal as a coach

My role as a coach is to be able to see potential in those who don’t see potential in themselves. Everybody has their own 100% that’s in them a matter of unlocking it and using it throughout your daily life. Some out there have trouble finding that for  themselves, my goal is to help guide you to finding where your barriers in life are and help you to push through them to become the best version of you.

Now I am here to help you. I cannot make you make these changes for your own that will have to come from within you, unlocking abilities you never thought that you had.

I will never give up on you, come to me for help and I will help you come to me with questions and I will answer them whether it’s wanting to lose or gain weight. I will point you in the right direction to getting to your goal weight, mentality, and lifting goals.

If you are someone who is willing to push themselves past breaking points, I’m the right coach for you if you’re willing to change your life and begin the path you’re always meant to follow then I’m your coach.
